Listing said check-in was at 3 but host didn’t allow checkin until 4.Issues with the home that need attention: Kitchen; need large pot for pasta and a strainer, fix the missing wheels on the dishwasher lower rack, and have the large salt and pepper shakers from Costco on hand. Bedrooms; 3 of the queen mattresses were hard as a plywood board. They appeared new, but horribly uncomfortable. The kitchen, dining room and game room were so filthy we bought a swiffer mop package and cleaned the rooms so our toddler didn't look like a coal miner. The mop head in the laundry room was worn out beyond belief. Outdoor patio was great, but only one gas lamp worked and the hot tub would never heat past 98 degrees. About as good as a warm bath. Clean up all the miscellaneous junk above and along the north retaining wall and store away the 3 ladders laying on the back patio by the little maintenance shack.

This was an amazing home with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 15-16 people! The view was gorgeous and we did use the BBQ and firepit! The host was very responsive. We hope to stay next year again!

We drove down 8 hours from Bay Area California with kids and found the property uncleaned, really in bad condition and bed sheets were dirty, stinking and what not. We were left with no other option other than cleaning the property ourself and stay there for the weekend because it was hard to find any other property to accommodate 4 families in that short notice period and was also not feasible to drive back another 8 hours with kids. Worst experience and ruined our holiday weekend which we were looking forward for. This property does not deserve even one star. Horrible experience, never booking this and would warn everyone to not to fall for posted pics. Stay away from this property.

Excellent Stay – Truly a Home Away from Home!We had a fantastic experience at this property! It was incredibly cozy and felt just like home—warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The location was easy to find, and communication with the owners was seamless. Pet friendly!!! They were responsive, flexible, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
