Staff was rude and we ended up staying somewhere else.
Hotel staff were very nice and friendly, everything was really clean
Everything was Perfect
Terrible service. Asked them to give me a room away from the highway. Said yes, gave me a room next to the highway. I was up at 4am from the truck traffic. Asked them for another room, was told they couldn’t do it because their computer system wouldn’t allow it. Total clusterfuck.
They put me in a room next to the freeway even though I specifically asked them NOT to and they said they understood. Because of that I was woken up by the noise at 4am. And they are refusing to move me to another room because “their computer system won’t let them” and there is no one who can override it. Total clusterfuck.
Can’t open a window but for 2-3 inches because it’s locked and there is a heavy curtain over where the tiny opening is. The air in the rooms is generally stuffy and you can’t get any fresh air. Also, was told you can’t get any Bonvoy points if you book through orbitz, disappointing. Otherwise good, clean property.
Good location; about 10-15min walk from Old Town; 15min drive from local wineries.
They don’t clean your room while you are there, which I thought was odd. I’m also pretty sure they lady at the front desk stole my sunglasses. I left them at the counter and came back 20 minutes later and they were “gone” and no one had seen them. Which is odd because I know I left them there and no one checked in behind me. Guests beware..
Room was great and comfortable. Shower faucet was old and not working well, but worked. Only issue was with room cleaning. Missed one day, but not a major issue.
We liked the size of the room and the living room area. We were disappointed in the cleanliness and the indoor pool was closed which we had been excited about.
The room was clean.

Clean!! well maintained. Great stay for the price!
