Each stay keeps getting better! The room was clean and recently updated!

The place is perfect for its location to be able to walk downtown. The staff was friendly during my check-in. At night the place was very quiet. The nonsmoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. Our sink spilled water all over the floor whenever we washed our hands. The comforter had cigarette burns. Bring your own blankets. The tub was pretty filthy.

While checking in had to wait while woman checking us in finished a personal call on her cell phone. 5 minute wait. Room was filthy, had part of a pair of glasses on the floor. Garbage on the floor in the kitchenette area. Bed rock hard as well as the pillows. The bed spread had burn holes in it. The sink did not drain properly. The refrigerator stank. On site parking was not assured. It was first come first serve for the whole town to use. Back gate was locked and there is a bottle neck at the front enterance. This site is not worth the money. NO VALUE HERE

It reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. It also was very old and dirty.

We have stayed at this property before and it has gone in decline. Room was fare, air condition had leaked all over the rug. IT WAS SOKED WITH WATER. also smelled like mildew . A.M. breakfast was limited not like before. Need too take it off the list.

It was close to the wineries and shopping. The rooms were very dated and in need of fresh paint and minor upkeep. It is very quiet in the room considering it’s right off the freeway.

Old room, painting on room very messy, Smells old. Furniture very old, clogged sink

I have stayed here before and the remodeling is a big improvement. When checking in my room wasn’t ready. I looked into the room clean up staff was on a personnel phone call sitting on the bed while I had been waiting for my room for 45 minutes. Room was still not ready and I told the front desk then went into town for a drink until they finished the room. Other than this my stay was perfect and I would recommend this place when going to Temecula for a weekend or longer stay.

Nice room. easy check-in, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom

Hotel is is located at the end of old town Temecula. Great place to walk Old town but also makes it easy to drive out. It’s 10 mins away from the casino and everything is near by.

The hotel was generally shabby. Needs a good paint job on the outside. There was a lot of problems with electronic door key. For the first room that I signed up for I was unable to enter because of electronic key malfunction and the new room had this problem twice in five days. My second room assigned to had no carpet on the floor. The continental breakfast was very minimal and there was not much of an eating area (one table) so I took my food to the room. Outdoor jacuzzi was not kept heated so I was unable to use it. Photos of the facility were deceptive regarding it's quality.

This motel was walking distance to eaters and Bars. We were there for the weekend wine tasting. If you go out at night you might not have a parking space when you get back. The staff was not helpful with this problem. The walls are thin and a herd of kids running around upstairs all day and night. Otherwise for the price It was ok

Excellent location inside Temecula Old Town. I have been staying in this hotel every time I went to Temacula.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk get checked in, room was a little dirty, didn't look vacuumed, visible dirt in corners, stains on door, chipped paint. Looked like the room had been remodeled at some point but not taken care of. All 3nights when I came back my key card didn't work, pretty sure the heater didn't work properly. Great location, clean exterior, need to improve housekeeping and customer service

We had a wonderful time and an on staying there again soon...

Overall experience was just OK, well more like bleh. Nothing special about the room or experience. Great value but lacked overall appeal. Horrible WIFI, kept dropping signal every other minute, had to continously reconnect. Wouldn't recommend to business traveler. Nice try with breakfast but having 3 mini apples, 3 bagels, luke warm coffee and watered-down juice wouldn't really qualify for gourmet and the cream cheese gave my wife a stomach ache. Horrible water pressure in shower. Got stuck directly next to what seems like the owner or shop-keepers room. They were awake all night with all kinds of banging noises and woke up to the lovely aroma of garlic being cooked for breakfast. I'm sure it tasted amazing but for hotel guest....ah NO. Please put your hotel guest's needs first and I'm sure you will experience a growth in business. Who knows, you might need a NO VACANCY sign someday. Good Luck :)

We requested a smoking free room since it's just me and my 3 year old son. We got checked in and OMG we had a smoking room. Had to keep doors and windows open to try and air out. Left first thing in the morning and my car still (2 days later) is dealing of smoke from our bags!
