Lovely hotel modern clean rooms had all you need. Pool size and amenities were excellent staff all lovely easy check in and check out had dinner in the restaurant food was really nice great choice so many I would have had but only stayed one night and no room for pudding but the choice was excellent great breakfast and lovely staff all in all a great one night stay to visit family located close to shops and cinema etc which was ideal couldn’t fault anything we will stay again when we come to visit family hopefully for a little longer next time

Bar was good, comfortable bed and excellent staff at reception. The life guard was also very accommodating with the locker as I couldn’t see due to leaving my glasses in the room.

We had to wait for check in. Lady on the desk was not very pleasant. In the ground floor room there was no net curtain therefore the curtains had to be closed for privacy this making the room dark. Only two out of four light bulbs worked. I spoke to the desk about how cold the room was despite following the instructions to set the heating. The desk said she would get someone to look at it. This did not happen and the room felt cold. Stayed here numerous times and this was the worst experience.

Very short walk into town, supermarket and pubs close by. On site restaurant was lovely, perfect service. Pool was clean and well maintained, as was the hot tub & sauna. Room was spacious and clean and all staff were really helpful and lovely. Big tv in the bar area showed live football matches without too much noise. Lovely stay, will definitely be staying again. Thank you

Great staff but… Expedia stung me. They wanted to charge me about £20 for two breakfasts. Only option. There’s only one of me so I declined. Get here and.. it’s £16 FOR ONE BREAKFAST. Absolute robbery, especially when I’ll only have a croissant and a coffee. Won’t be staying at Holiday Inns any more.

Hotel was an ideal stop over in the final journey of my family holiday. It was great to have a restaurant onsite so we didn’t have to eat out. Food was really nice with a good selection, breakfast was great. The beds were a little hard, and my hairdryer didn’t work, but for one night it was liveable.

Good location and staff are excellent

Stayed here a few times before and booked again. Staff are excellent. Ongoing Refurbishment, so not as good an experience as previously. Will stay again though when refurbishment is completed.
