Welcome to Vida Palace, a luxury modern new build designer home located in the jungle just minutes to top beaches, restaurants, ziplining, outdoor activities. We designed the home around the ocean view so regardless of what room you are in you will find large windows with 180-degree views in both the Master 1 and the kitchen/ living room. The house comes fully stocked with towels, beach towels, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances & everything needed for just a stay in and cook night, all the way up to private chef events. The house has strong WI-FI and a networking system so regardless of if you are poolside, in the game room or enjoying our spacious rooms you will have fast and constant Wi-Fi.

Our rooms are listed below. Each room has brand new A/C, strong WI-FI, new G-Play flatscreen TV & OCEAN VIEWS. We use new linens on all bedding and follow all health/ safety guidelines.

Both Independent junior suites are detached from the main home & located just steps to the Game-room/ Main-home offering a little more privacy while still keeping everyone together. We designed this area to offer insane jungle/ocean views.


First floor has full bathroom and half bathroom.

The main patio is massive and wraps the entire backside of the home- You will find the infinity pool, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, outdoor bed, lounge chairs, and several outdoor celling fans in this area.

Game/bar room (banquet hall) is multipurpose room that you can turn into a night dancing club, this is a separate wing of the home. The game room has a large 85" TV, sofa, bar stools, arcade games, shuffleboard, ping pong, full wet bar and has night Club style LED lights and sound system. In separate back room you will find a small personal gym with a Nordic treadmill, TRX cables, free weights and a TV.

Below the home you find a multi-function area to include a private pickleball court and half basketball court.

Luxury ultra safe gated community located off the main highway (34) just outside of Jaco. We often see Macaws, Tucans, Hummingbirds, Turkeys & Monkeys making this area a very special place in terms of nature. The main entrance is gated, and our property is less than a 5 min walk to several restaurants, pharmacy, and Riders ATV station.
