Greenhouse Effect

The view was awesome but hard to enjoy because there is no A/C in the living area, even opening all the doors and putting the room A/C's on max, you were still sweating in the living area of the house. We did see a couple Macaw's and Toucans in the trees near the house. Were visited regularly by a family of 4 raccoons. Did not see any monkeys. Two beaches close by, a public one and a private one. The private is much nicer. The cool tub was nice to sit in on a hot day. The windows opened wide so if it was breezy, you could cool off a little but not much. Fortunately, we had a lot of trips planned and did not spend much time in the house during the day. We had a leaky A/C unit and they did come and fix it quickly. We did have trouble at first with the gas stove. We couldn't light it and then when we did, we had to turn the ceiling fans off when we cooked other wise it blew the flame and it wouldn't get hot enough to cook. There is parking for one car. We had a driver so we didn't need any parking so this was not an issue. I would recommend having a driver - it made our entire trip so much easier. Overall it was a good stay, I think I would try a different place next time though.

Stunning views at Punta Leona

Fantastic view, well located nearby Punta Leona Club and Playa Blanca, our stay was pretty good overall with all essentials covered. Communication with the property manager was flawless and responsive. Couldn't ask more from this place, would recommend to any friend.
