The front desk lady on Monday afternoon was so rude that it is unbelievable that some one like that can work in a hotel. Just because of her behavior, we and our several friends have decided never to stay at this particular property in Taos.

Hotel well located. Staff was friendly during check-in. Room is comfortable, but the shower was not working well and the hot water was coming with a very little flow. We let the staff know in the first day but they didn’t fix it nor they changed our room. Air outlet in bathroom was very dirty. Breakfast was decent. The check in was easy, They charge a $50 fee that I was not told about and is not showed on the bill or on my receipt but on my bank statement when I asked they said it was a deposit and it would be refunded in a few business days,I was not Happy about this unknown fee and waiting to see if it's returned?
