Everything was great except the air handler was very load. Sound like a truck was parked outside. Everytime it came on. It just about woke us up. We finally got used to loud noise and fell asleep

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and well appointed. The gym is about what you would expect from a Marriott property. The only downside is that there is some construction going on nearby. Couple that with the facility being near a pretty busy road and it was a bit noisy.

Great Area and I Like The Property.

I love this hotel and the area. They have renovated the rooms and I wish they had brooms in the rooms - I feel like the floors get so messy so easily with no practical way to clean up other than getting on my knees with paper towels, et cetera. I also wish they had thicker blankets. I felt like their bedding was so paper thin. I do think the parking cost is crazy. For an airport hotel, charging for parking in addition to the hotel rate is just crazy.

It’s absolutely despicable that I reserve a room with a pullout queen with absolutely no sheets, no pillows left in the room for the bed and when I requested sheets pillow and a blanket for that pullout bed, I was told that the hotel didn’t have any. Which is extremely disheartening because I know that to be a lie so basically I was lied to. But it’s OK because I will never be staying here again.

I have stayed at many Marriott properties & this was truly terrible. I wanted to move mid-trip but Expedia wouldn’t accommodate. I was there 10 full days. Someone came to my room to clean ONCE. The fire alarm repeatedly went off. I asked for room cleaning multiple times (at least to take garbage & towels) to no avail. I had an extended stay so I was hoping to have a comfortable place. The renovations of the whole downstairs was constantly loud & required walking around the outside of the building to get to the car often. Truly a disappointment.. my tv was thrown off the internet multiple times & couldn’t be restored until the next day. i’ve been trying to commit to a hotel chain to gather points. This was NOT a good experience. Nancy was the only person at the desk who was kind & pleasant.

The only complaint was that there were 3 little dogs running around the dining area at breakfast. I live dogs, but they shouldn't have been in the food and eating areas.

Wont choose again

The room was musty the whole time. Smelled like cigarettes and pee. Human pee. Also, rennovations going on on the third floor. That's just fine, but did you really have to put us on the second floor where they are doing work right in the room above us at 8am every morning.
