Spacious two-bedroom suite that was clean and comfortable overall. Some areas and appliances could benefit from updating, but everything was functional. The bed was comfortable, though motion isolation wasn’t great if sharing. We appreciated having the fridge, even though we didn’t end up using the kitchen. The location is excellent — easy walking distance to the mall and several great restaurants. Mica was incredibly helpful and truly a ray of sunshine during our stay.

The room was nice, it was clean and basic. The suite did have utensils and things to cook but they were all dirty. I was going to wash them, there was a sponge and a towel but no soap. We had 5 people for our larger suite but not enough towels to accommodate, there also was no bedding anywhere for the pull out bed. The hotel only had one elevator that worked which was a huge problem for a very busy hotel. Although the breakfast had several options to choose from, it was so packed in such a little space that it was hard to get to the waffle maker or any of the toasters. When the batter ran out, the staff was annoyed that we were asking to have it replenished, so I left and waited in the long line for the elevator to go back to our room. I know it was a busy Valentine's weekend, but overall very average.
