Great stay

We had a great stay at the rental home in Brandon. The space was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Communication from Itrip was prompt and clear. Check in was flawless.

Host left welcoming note at the kitchen bar. House was very clean and had a nice layout. Lovely screened areas at front and back doors for fresh air. Lanai overlooks a lake for relaxing at sunset and listening to birdsong. Perfect place for 4 - 6 people I would say.

Beautiful house

This beautiful house is so clean, it has a the comforts of home and a very nice Jacuzzi tub for relaxing. The back yard has a great view of the sunset. We really enjoyed staying here.

Perfect home away from home

Great house with plenty of room, comfy beds, and great showers! It has all the amenities you may need, even dishes for kids! We really enjoyed both screened in porches! Close to shopping, restaurant, and The River church!

Just what we needed!!

Clean home with a great layout, awesome screened patio, a great yard, and perfect location (5 mins from everything) in a quiet neighborhood. One car garage was definitely a plus, full sized washer and dryer.The property included all of the essential items that we needed for the entire week and the place is well taken care of. My wife and I were both able to work remotely from this location due to high bandwidth and fast internet speeds. Great communication with the property manager and felt well received when requesting an early arrival. Will certainly book for future trips to the area.

Perfect home for our tournament stay

We enjoyed our stay!! The house was perfect for our 2 families. We had plenty of space and felt comfortable our whole stay. Would definitely recommend this house to others. The only thing I would change is that the listing says the Master has a King size bed, but the bed was a Queen and the same as the second bedroom. Overall wonderful stay and easy to check in and check out! Thank you for having us.

Overall great location n property. Only challenge we had was the hot water ran out after the third person took a shower and the property sleeps 8 We figured it out though some showered at night and some showered in the morning. 😁

Beautiful Remodel, Convenient to Tampa

Stayed to visit family in the area. Conveniently located off 75, close proximity to 618 which is a pleasure to take in/out of Downtown Tampa. Food options are endless, supermarket options are close by. The bathrooms, kitchen, and living room are large. Enclosed lanai includes table & benches - great spot to relax and watch the water activity in the backyard. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner checked in to make sure we settled in nicely and enjoyed our stay.
