Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail really stood out, from the cozy furnishings to the amenities that made us feel right at home. We had a pleasant stay and the space was just right for my daughter and me while attending her soccer tournament. The price was reasonable and the home met our needs for a short stay. Jeff was a very kind and a responsive host. He quickly came by to help when I had trouble with the lockbox, which I really appreciated.A bit more storage for clothing would have made things more convenient, but overall the stay was comfortable and worked well for us. Thank you again, Jeff!

Jeffrey’s place was very nice and clean. Exactly as shown in pictures. You can tell he put TLC into building this cozy little cottage love the woodwork and design that he put into it. Nice private and quiet little area to sit outside and relax. Nice safe and quiet walkable neighborhood. It worked out very well for me. This was a working/partial vacation week for me so the convenience of its location as well as the peacefulness was a win. I got to meet with Jeffrey as he was there upon check-in and he is very hospitable and helpful.. Thank you for your hospitality.

The charm of this cottage was an exact match to the description and photos included in the listing. I had to visit Tampa for the week to start a new job and wanted somewhere cozy and affordable with a full kitchen so I could make dinner in the oven. This was the perfect spot for what I needed. I loved it so much that I booked a second week as I have to come back to my company’s Tampa office.

Property is exactly as described, quaint but clean and comfortable. Jeff was super friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. There’s an arcade/bar at the end of the street, tons of restaurants within 10 mins and downtown is an easy drive. Definitely recommend for an affordable getaway in beautiful Tampa!
