Convenient location. Walking distance to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT. Couple of dining options nearby. Easy to check in and check out. Common area is clean and has everything we needed. The room is adequate. Shower has good water pressure. Staff service is inconsistent though, some were friendly and some were unfriendly when we asked questions. Overall a good stay and value for money.

It is overall ok for a short stay. It closed to Taipei Main Station as well as another subway station. Also, it closed to 寧廈 night market, around 10 mins walk will. The room was fine and clean, with private bath room.

Good price for a single room in Taipei. Location is very convenient to metro system/airport express. Night market in close walking distance. Hostel is clean and generally quiet. Breakfast is a bit odd - coffee/tea, cereals, sliced bread, peanut butter, jam, garlic butter, and fries. It's the last two that throw me off. Late check-in is possible if your flight was delayed. Lots of great travel tips to be found on the walls.

Small room but great staff

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The social area is nice. Breakfast is basic but good start to the day. The room was a bit small for me especially as 2 of the girls were living there. The locker didn't lock. I liked the curtain round the bed and individual charger and lights beside each bed. It was a little noisy as the hairdryer were outside my room but I liked the hostel it had a nice quiet vibe. Location was close to the airport MRT and maybe 15 min walk from the MRT blue and red lines.

Clean comfortable hostel

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hostel is clean and has all the necessities. The room I stayed in was a 4 bed dorm which was very small especially as the other 2 girls in the room unpacked and appeared to stay long term. Breakfast was basic but free. I even got a free postcard for my first time staying.

Overall very good. Unfortunately, my light stopped working 2nd night I was there. Also, the safety box was not very safe. Even when it is locked, you can force it open without unlocking it. Once I forgot to unlock it and accidentally forced it open easily. It might be good idea not to place any valuables in the box.

Nice Hostel

Hostel conditions were excellent with reasonable price. Hostel looked very new and clean. Individual curtain was provided for each bed to create some personal space. Lockers were provided in the room for each person. Shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, hair dryer were provided. Simple breakfast like toast, coffee and tea were available for free. Host was helpful and nice. We asked for hiring a vehicle and she found some useful information for us immediately. No doubt it was a very good one.

decent hostel in the center of Taipei

This was a nicely-designed hostel; unfortunately there was a group that was occupying the lounge when I arrived, and then they had a very loud breakfast fairly early the next morning (a Sunday). If you might be out late and want to sleep past 7 or 8, try to avoid getting a room next to the kitchen area!
