The staff are very sweet, the breakfast is a fantastic eclectic spread, the rooms are small but probably that is the same everywhere. The bathroom is very nice, love the bathtub. Gym is small but efficient and the massage chair was a hit. Better than it looks in the photos. Definitely exceeded expectations.

We had a wonderful and plesant stay in Simple + Hotel . The hotel provided extra miles that wow us. We were surprised that the hotel allowed us to borrow extra pillow of our preference. We had comfy sleep... There were coffee, tea and herbal tea readily available thoughtout the day that make us felt at home especially when we reached the hotel after a long day of outing. The counter service and breakfast dining hall staff are warmth and helpful. We are grateful to Cindy, Kevin, Jack and Claire for their great help.
