Good location of Hotel

Love that the hotel is just 5 mins walk from Ximen mrt and also the free drinks that you can help yourself to at the reception area. However the hotel does not seems to be properly cleaned. The floor is dusty and there is even a leftover cake in the fridge, probably by the previous tenant. It will be good if the floor is carpeted. Also, the bath tub is very high and it is not that easy to get in and out of it especially for the elderly or those who are injured or have condition.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping is fair, towels can be changed upon request, though bed linen can only be changed once depending on number of days of stay. Location is perfect - close to convenience stores, bus and train stations, and shops including Ximending night market. Overall a good stay!

I waste my money coz I checked out the property few hours I checked in and I cannot refund my money even half of my stay in coz I cannot tolerate the smell I stayed in the 6th floor near the spa. I’m allergy to smell and I developed headache. Front desk people are nice and areas are near to ximen station and ximending night market. I transferred to a better and good hotel.

The hotel is located at great location. Some night there is insufficient staff working at front desk. We have to head to level 6 to ask for items needed directly. Otherwise, the hotel pricing is affordable with good proximity to many places.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, I was disappointed to learn that guests are not allowed to flush toilet paper. While I understand this may be unavoidable, it would have been helpful if this information had been clearly stated on the website to manage expectations. Second, I found a thick bunch of hairs under the covers. although it was promptly changed, this experience made me uncomfortable enough to decide to leave after just one night, despite booking for three nights. Losing money for the remaining two nights felt preferable to the anxiety of staying. Lastly, I found one of the front desk staff members to be particularly unwelcoming, with little to no personality. This added to the overall discomfort of my stay. This experience has taught me an unfortunate lesson - to be cautious when booking older hotels in Taiwan, as the chances of encountering plumbing issues like this seem higher.
