The location is perfect, just few mins from Metro station and have lots of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The service is excellent. Our check in process was quick and efficient. Rafa at the Lobby was super nice, makes us feel like home. The breakfast provided was very nice too with great varierty. My aunt was very impressed. Highly recommended to everyone.

Excellent as always

My second time staying at Westgate and as usual location is the best anyone can ask for. Service is immaculate. Rooms are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is very good. Breakfast is very ordinary nothing special. Price can be a little steep but it’s worth it for the convenience and service.

My room was on the second floor overlooking Ximending streets but it was quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the location, less than a minute walk from Ximending station exit with lift and escalator. Safe to return late at night cos the shops are just next to the hotel entrance . Will come back to this hotel for my next Taipei trip.

The location is really very good. Right next to exit 6 of Ximending mrt station, it’s got different types of good food (street stalls, small local shops and restaurants) + shopping all around. You can go back to your room to rest in between because of the proximity. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. They are helpful too. Asked them about transport options to Jiufen- got it! Asked them about AirPort Express mrt- got the answers and cost in too. They know what they are doing. I do think their peak hours are 10am- 2pm where everyone is checking out and checking in within that window. The staff still try their best to stay in control, asking what you need, doing it with speed and wearing a smile.

Where do I begin? There are so many wonderful things about this hotel! It's right outside Exit 6 of Ximen station, so you won't have to walk more than two minutes when commuting. The area is lively and filled with great shopping and dining options, but our room was quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean and I loved that the toilet and shower each had their own little room. The property smells amazing and the staff are absolutely incredible. Rex and another wonderful gentleman helped me several times during my stay and they were so helpful and accommodating. It can be rainy in Taipei, but you won't have to buy an umbrella. The hotel will lend you one! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
