REALLY LOUSY ROOM, but great hotel staff

The "Business Room" picture with panoramic window is highly misleading. There is NO room with that view. The room is very small and is located in a commercial building with 2 hostess bars and 1 night club in the building which have loud music until 1-2 am every night. Service staff are the only good thing to this hotel, they are courteous and professional, and provide lots of assistance. But the hotel itself is not worth staying.

Uncomfortable bed, bathtub couldn’t be used (apparently because of Covid) breakfast was not available (apparently because of Covid) business center was non existent. The WiFi worked and the air conditioning was on full blast, although the weather outside was cold and rainy. Location was good. Front desk staff was friendly.

cheap hotel in daan district, clean, near mrt. CONS: i booked a business double room with window, however the non- window room was given to us. The receptionist said there are business double rooms without window, unfornately they are fully booked for the week so they can not tranfer us. if i could remember, it is always specified in hotels.com booking process if the room you are reserving is with or without a window and it usually comes cheaper.... had we known this would happen, we could have cancelled our bookings.

Good central location and service

Excellent central location right next to subway station. Breakfast buffet could be better, lack of a window was a bit depressing after 3 days, staff lovely, overall good.

Stay away from this hotel.

Supposed to have a room with windows, but, sorry, no room with window for me when I checked in. Things, however, got worse from that point on. Got into one room, which had cracked floor. So I requested for another, which, after I settled in, had foul odor from the carpet area near the bathroom due to leak from bath tub. Air conditioning was not strong enough to tame the sudden Indian summer days in November. Overall a sub-par hotel. Stay away.

You get what you pay for

The hotel is very conveniently located right outside an MRT station, in the heart of the city. That was the plus point. Room was ok. The undersides of the furniture were extremely dirty. There was a lot of dust, like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Staff however, are very friendly and helpful, albeit not proficiently bilingual.
