Dear Expedia booking team I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Viilawood Hotel at Christmas Time. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several serious issues: - The room was not clean upon arrival - I found a cockroach in the room, which is completely unacceptable - There were visible stains on various tools and surfaces - Rubbish was not collected during the stay - I noticed insects coming from the sink area - There was *poor communication prior to check-in, making the process stressful - In addition to the smell of Drugs in the whole area! These conditions made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and I was unable to sleep peacefully or enjoy the accommodation as expected. Due to the unsanitary and unprofessional conditions, I am requesting a full refund for the booking. I believe this is a reasonable request based on the experience provided. Parts of the floor didn't seem to have been cleaned properly in a while. Ceilings in the room - particularly the bathroom - needed work. Air con was a little beaten up, but was effective when the weather was 40deg outside. No tissues in the room, which was weird. Toilet paper super low quality and practically disintegrated when used. Toilet didn't flush properly - needed two flushes to get the toilet paper down. Shower was super hard to get at a reasonable temperature - either super hot or icy cold. Bed was comfortable, and access was easy. TV didn't work - didn't pick up channels or Netflix. Stayed for five nights and room wasn't cleaned once which was pretty poor. But my car was safe and I slept well.
