Good hotel, excellent location. Friendly warm staff everywhere. Would have been better with a balcony (noting I couldn’t afford that option if there was one!) but it had a big beautiful bathroom. Parking station was a nightmare just big but affordable.

location was excellent. A few minutes walk to Victoria Cross and North Sydney Stations. Plenty of food choices around vicinity of hotel and Woolies Metro. Northpoint Tower Eat Street food outlets just a step out of the entrance to the hotel.

My stay at Vibe was fantastic. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I even extended my stay one night and they were able to keep me in the same room. Recommend this hotel!

Clean room, great location to stay with a pool and gym space included (was difficult to find in the hotel itself). Staff were usually very helpful but I do have an awkward encounter asking to refill water which the receptionist made it sound like it was a big effort to do this, but I would give them benefit of the doubt as it was New Year’s Eve and I’m sure they were very stressed and busy (this was my first time in Australia and found out shortly afterwards there was a water fountain outside the hotel and there are lots of water fountains throughout Sydney which I was unaware of at the time)

Staff were helpful, was an excellent bathroom but room was small and plain. Carpets in hallways could do with a deep clean or renewal. There was a small pile of rubbish on the way to our room which stayed there for days. I was surprised it was not cleaned up.

My review was for the Hyatt about the airconditioning that I just sent previously. Mistakenly thought it was the Hyatt which we enjoy as the picture of that came up as I was doing the review. Vibe great location but first room not clean in bathroom and study desk was sticky. Made up for it. One staff member unfriendly. No restaurants during our stay at the hotel
