Along with a war memorial and some small parks, Strathfield has the Strathfield Golf Club and borders the expansive Rookwood Memorial Gardens and Crematorium.

We highly recommend using ride-sharing services.

Public transport
The Strathfield train station is about 250 metres away and has regular trains into the Sydney CBD in around 15 minutes. There are also numerous bus stops around the train station and nearby shopping centre with multiple lines servicing the suburbs and CBD.

Ride sharing apps are a safe and easy way to get around, especially late at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds of a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events.
