That’s comfortable and convenient for staying in Aerotel Sydney when layover in SYD. The staff is very helpful and support fast. The room is cozy and has enough needs. The rate is reasonable for the facilities. It takes couple of steps from arrival hall and going to departure hall.

Spotless room. Bathroom amenities. we did find having to climb over the other person to get out of bed fun but it Takes a long time when you’re in your 70’s. Perfect just too small. The testing of the fire alarm at 2am was not appreciated

For $230 per night, I anticipated a more comprehensive experience. The primary benefit is the location, which facilitated a timely check-in and readiness for my flight. However, the accommodation fell short of expectations, particularly in the following areas: Upon check-in, I was allocated room 111. This number was particularly concerning as it is considered an unlucky omen before a flight. Despite this, the room was unappealing, resembling a hospital room. The disabled toilet and shower were open without a door, the bed was elevated and lacked a television or other furnishings. The room was also soundproofed, allowing me to hear other guests entering and exiting their rooms. The air conditioning unit was functional but lacked temperature control. Furthermore, during the night, the loudspeaker was activated for a fire alarm test. I was awakened during the first test and fell back asleep, only to be disturbed again for a second test. I find it unreasonable to conduct such tests in the middle of the night. Additionally, the presence of a hand dryer in the room, similar to the public toilet, was a notable feature. The shower water pressure was also weak. Overall, this hotel is a suitable option for a stress-free check-in and flight preparation. However, I advise against expecting anything more from the accommodation. It would be comparable to a $100 an night accommodation.

This property is very convenient and a huge time saver. Staff are friendly and helpful. Noise however is terrible. It seems the doors are paper thin and it makes sleeping past 730am impossible

The bedrooms have no windows and the bed is the only thing that fits in the room. Shower and bathroom were fine, but there is much better hotel just on the other side of the walkable driveway.

Convenient occasion if you’re flying in and out. Was very clean but definitely a small space. No windows or TV. Airport curfew at 11 PM means you can’t really come in or out easily after that time. Several overhead airport announcements in the middle of the night.

The staff were extremely helpful especially since I had an issue with my check in for my flight and didn't have a local phone line. However, the facilities themselves: It's really pricey for what it's worth and felt honestly as though I had been had. I would check hotels around and see what times their shuttle service starts at, as I personally found it to be more of a hostel than hotel, you hear everyone and every sound. I would have likely paid less, or equivalent for a real hotel room and gotten much more comfort. Single bed, quick in and out. It's a service hotel and if you really really really don't want the hassle you take this for an early flight, but you won't sleep very much.
