This was a fantastic relaxing stay! The staff was courteous and kind. The room was super clean an comfortable. We were also allowed a late checkout. We will defiantly be back!

We are very disappointed with our stay at Red Roof Inn. Apparently there are an abundance of people living there on homeless vouchers. We were approached a number of times by people that were on drugs or mentally challenged and made us feel unsafe. There was an incredibly disruptive and fight in front of our room at 4am for 45 minutes. Police came arrested them. If we would have known this was your policy we would have chosen a different location.

The front desk staff provided excellent service, including the welcome offer to choose my room. While the beds were comfortable, the overall room experience was mixed. Although recently renovated, the room showed noticeable signs of wear. The hot tub was functional, but the broken faucet and awkward shape made it less than comfortable to use.

We stay in Red Roofs often when we take hiking trips with our dog. They are hit or miss, this one was a miss. Front desk attendant was very kind at check in. Room was clean-ish. We did find an old used washcloth in the shower. Door frame is rotting. WiFi didn’t work in the room. Mattress and pillows were pretty bad. The real problem- I believe there are some “long term” tenants, grounds are iffy, random shopping cart, open trash cans… People in the parking lot to all hours. We made do for the night, probably won’t return.

Bugs stains and a side of mold

Checked in, opened the door, and instantly got hit with the smell of cigarettes, pee, and mold. Not “a little musty” but full-on gas station bathroom meets ashtray I was gagging it was so bad!!!!. There were bugs in the room, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The shower curtain looked like it had survived several crime scenes. I asked to change rooms and the front desk guy said there was nowhere to move us. I asked for clean sheets and he told me to bring him the dirty ones first. Sir, I am not about to walk through the lobby carrying biohazard linens like it’s laundry day. When we decided to leave, he asked me not to write a bad review and refused to give me a full refund. We packed up and left immediately. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
