Wonderful hotel with very comfortable beds, clean rooms, huge bathrooms and a shower that isn’t clogged for a change. To top it all off, breakfast was very good as well.

Overall the stay was fine. One issue was I booked the hotel for a cheer competition where we did not have our cheer time until 2 weeks before the event. So once I got our schedule, I needed to cancel my extra day. The hotel said Expedia needs to cancel it for a refund on the extra day, but Expedia said the hotel had to cancel it so I wouldn’t be charged an extra day. At the end of the day, everyone blamed everybody else and I paid for an extra day I didn’t use. As a single mom on a limited income I find that very frustrating and will no longer book through Expedia nor will I book this hotel company. Additionally, the breakfast was not good. Food was very bland and not many options compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The hotel did accommodate my request to be far away from the elevators, however the view outside of our room faced an area of woods and there was a lot of trash back there. It would be nice to see the grounds cleaned up better. The room was very clean though so I have no complaints about the room or bathroom.

Was surprised my rate went from $180/night to 415/night. The staff at the from desk didn't told me of this change when I asked to extend my days at the hotel. I would have considered my options! When i asked the lady at the front, she appeared frustrated and told me the rate went up because of the upcoming weekend. The breakfast was terrible, the service was very slow, it was crowded, and no many options available. The elevator was very slow , and my family was uncomfortable everytime the use of the elevator was needed. It was impossible to park since business vehicles occupied multiple spaces. The room was clean and housekeeping was very nice and respectful.
