Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and available to help. The drinks (tea, coffee, water) available throughout the day were a nice perk. We were also able to store our luggage until we were ready to leave, which was quite convenient. Location was ideal, close to the train station, tram stops, and sites to see (la Petite France, la Place Kléber). They will also call you a taxi if you need one. Would definitely stay again!
