The morning breakfast is great. My second morning they had homemade biscuits and gravy. That's country!!! Graciela and Stephanie at the front desk are so nice.

A nice, clean property, seems relatively new. Nice evening social hour and daily housekeeping was good. My only issue was my room faced the front of the building and I heard every single car door and conversation at the gas station adjacent to the hotel. If you want super quiet, request a room facing back of the property. Other than that, everything was great.

Excelllent service and facilities. Dining was outstanding with homemade chicken soup, delicious cornbread and glass of wine! Perfect. Suites are spacious with full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. Pet allowance was very convenient and helpful.

This a rare property which is updated and has a great breakfast. We were staying for 2 nights with kids while we visited the Great Wolf Lodge. The only part which didn’t look new/updated was the bathroom/bathtub. The person who did our intake was very unfriendly. Not sure what was going on for her. However the person who was at breakfast/lobby area the next day was lovely. She said she was relatively new and just was hospitable in a way I haven’t experienced in a chain American hotel.

Stay was okay. Room was nice but the fact the tv dis not have any streaming capabilities was horrible. Also there was a leak in the shower and no room cleaning.

So it was easy booking on Expedia, and the reasons I booked was because it states early check in 11am… I luckily checked a week before and it said 3pm check in. I called directly to the hotel to make sure, I was advise check in was indeed at 3pm and that Expedia had not updated that detail on their end yet, I was a bit disappointed just because I thought I had paid the hotel for a whole day. Upon check in before i even say anything the receptionist advise “your room might not be ready yet” I said okay. I gave my name and yes my room wasn’t ready. I stood by the front desk the whole time and 3 people after came in check in and all their rooms were ready. (They were not told like me that their room might not be ready), I waited about 45min to almost an hour for my room. That was just very disappointing just because I had an event that started at 4pm and by checking in at 3pm I thought I would’ve had time and because I just paid x amount of money for the room. And on top we do get charged $150 deposit fee(which has not been yet credited back to my account) they did advise 3-5 business days. Once we got our room, it was cleaned, Lourdes was the one that cleaned our room and did a good job. So thank you for that.
