There was a family next to us that was loud until 3 in the morning. It would be helpful if parties are grouped together. We were there for a baseball tournament and my kids barely slept because of the noise level next door.

Customer service was great, only thing the need to improve is the pillows very hard to sleep with small pillows
Very clean with well trained and friendly staff. All wait times were very reasonable with many fun slides and attractions. Would highly recommend.

I've been to the LA property and found that it was set up for serving clients quickly vs what is happening here. The lines at Manteca are long for anything even to get into the waterpark. The food is ok. Same as LA. Park is smaller. Options are less. Costs to stay = excessive. I would rather fly to LA and that is why I will do next time.
Everything was great. I am unhappy with the Orbitz price. I paid $179.99 and their price was $149.99.
