Happy to find a clean and comfortable pet friendly place. The pool was great and hotel quiet. Only concern - the freshly painted strips around the pool are VERY slippery. I slipped and fell - luckily did not hurt myself. Staff stated they think the paint will age quickly and not be slippery. it was very recently painted. Hope that actually happens - just watch your step when the orange painted surfaces are wet!

Single pain windows on very busy road was loud. Nothing peaceful about this place. Room had spider webs in several places. No recycling bins anywhere. Bed was not very comfortable. Parking lot only had one entrance/exit and it was into the busy road. Would have to coast hotel and make a U turn to be able to access entrance. Will not stay again. Very disappointed in this Best Western. Left a day early due to conditions.

This place really needs an upgrade starting with the carpets in the room. I was disgusted to walk barefoot...they are icky!. Room was not cleaned from prior tenant. Had to walk all the back to the lobby to notify them as there was no phone in the room. (This was an ADA room, as well!). At least there were higher toilets...that was a plus for me. The women who came and cleaned my room were great. I rented this via Expedia so I could include flight and car rental. Since they don't itemize the purchase, I can only rely upon my memory as to the room charge. I remember it being way over-priced. One would have thought this was a luxury hotel for the cost.
