Quiet location overlooking beautiful Chain o Lakes. Clean, well stocked house for adults & kids. Screened porch, three levels, play room & bar area, deck & beach front. Very nice. & large pontoon. Would recommend it!!

Very Clean, great location!

Fully stocked home with wonderful layout for a family get together. Plenty of bedrooms with multiple beds. Nice master with private bath. Fun lower level with games and bar. Nice pontoon for an additional fee. Parts of the lakes are extremely low and need to know this in advance. Loved being able to walk to Scoops, Wheelhouse & ICC! Will definitely return!

Family gathering

Celebrated our adult son’s birthday. This unit was perfect for the purpose. We enjoyed the dock, the kayaking, hiking at Hartman statue park, the local covered bridges, dining at nearby restaurants and visiting by the fire pit in the evening. Would definitely recommend this home. 10 adults and 1 teen and we were all very comfortable. The game room was wonderful.

summer on the chain

location was great - walking distance to everything, access to the chain, tucked back in a bay with plenty of floaties, kayaks, paddle boat and a nice pier. great gathering space - plenty of room for a large group. Would have preferred a gash grill but we made do - convenient fire pit for s'mores and a nice sun porch.

Wonderful Location

I rented this property for a week on the lake with my kids and grandchildren. It was able to accommodate the 9 of us comfortably. Plenty for the grandkids to do, although the tubing inflatables shown in the listing were not available. We rented the pontoon boat from the owner which was cheaper than renting from across the lake and was great for exploring the Chain O' Lakes. We had a plumbing leak while we were there and the property manager was right on yop of it. He had a plumber there within an hour and it was fixed right away. The owner also called to apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property!

We have been going for five years, and this was by far our favorite property! The location is great, and we can walk to several restaurants. The boat rental was also a plus. There is an on-call handyman who is available if you have any problems while you were staying there. It’s a big plus.

We stayed here last year and returned again this year. It’s an especially good place for families. We had a couple of cold and rainy days and enjoyed all there was to do in the basement.

Great property and we had a great time! Wish there was a larger area of sand (minus weeds) for our little people to play in. Lake had more weeds than expected.

Great stay!

We had a great stay with both our kids, their spouses, and 3 grandkids. The kayaks, paddle boat, and SUP were all put to good use despite the cold rainy weather. The cottage was spacious with plenty of room for all.

Has it all!

This property was amazing! Three levels with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and an entertaining space in the basement was perfect. The fire pit and the lake plus the boat was everything that our group needed. The boat rental was separate and I can’t say that the boat was in the best condition, however, I was glad that it was available for us. Being on the chain O’Lakes was in amazing tour.

House was big and clean, with a great access to the chain of lakes

Lots of room for guests to hang together or do their own things. Canoes and paddle boards are available to use, and renting the pontoon boat is a must.

Lake House Fun

A great location in the middle of Chain O' Lakes. The Pontoon Boat rental gave us all of the options of things to do on the lakes. Kayaking was on top of our list and we were not disappointed! The house is a great party house w the pool table and air hockey in the lower level. The host thought of all of our needs.
