The room was OK. Because this is hotel is promoted strongly as a resort hotel, we expected a much better breakfast. Hot offerings were sub-standard, especially the powdered scrambled eggs. The biggest issue was that the restaurant, at which we had reservations for 12 people, decided to be closed that evening (a Friday). We didn't learn about that until check in. No one from the restaurant even bothered to call. That caused us to scramble at the last minute to find another restaurant for our group of 12. We found a delightful place which we will definitely go to in the future, not the restaurant hotel.

The hot tub was out one night the next night I get bedbug bites all over me and they didn’t wanna even compensate me or do anything about it until I called Expedia and they got me all my money back for the last two days. It was ridiculous. It made me feel used when I went there.
