Booked 3 rooms for graduation at GSU. Booked 2 King Suites with Disability Access Nd 1 Double Queen room. Requested early check in and was confirmed by staff but rooms had not been cleaned when we arrived. We had to wait 45 minutes for one room to be cleaned. The King Suites were not disability friendly. Toliets were very low with no grab bar to help with standing. Didn't even attempt to shower due to having to step over in the tub.
