Staff was courteous. However, room was the minimal definition of a place to stay. Lobby had no coffee ready in the morning either day of stay. No tv signal nor internet access on the first night. Room was not worth the price paid. I would have paid $60-70 per night, not $110-120. Pay the extra $10 and stay some place nicer....

Beyond awful

Travel constantly and have never had a room so bad. I didn’t even stay. Roaches. Bed dirty. Bathroom awful. Non smoking room clearly smoked in. Should be given a refund for sure. Do not stay here…if u do bring your own bedding.

Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting. Roaches crawling on the walls. Was supposed to be non-smoking but the whole room smelt like an ashtray. There was cigarette ashes on a chair in the room as well as some questionable substance.

Bath tub was leaking and had 2-3" of standing water when I arrived. The tub was chipped around all of the jets and looked in terrible shape. Comforter had stains on it.

I refused to stay at this Red Roof Inn. The rooms were filthy and smelled awful. I did not feel safe as I had my wife & 15 year old daughter with me. Stay away from this location! I will be expecting a full refund from the property. The guy at the front desk didn’t act surprised or even ask questions when I told him I wanted a refund. It was almost as if he was surprised I stayed as long as I did. I was there long enough to unpack the truck and walk in to the room. The bathroom looked like a crime scene.

Wow was that the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Every hostel I’ve ever been in is a Ritz in comparison. They should be ashamed to offer these rooms. Stained linens, peeling walls, bugs, broken floors, bathrooms tubs so broken up you could cut your feet.

I was checked in very quickly. The only thing I didnt like is I was put into a room that is tucked away and right across from the stairwell, and the ice maker.

As we walked down the hall to the room the AC was leaking down the sidewalk. We entered the room the see a broken arm chair with red tape as the "repair". The desk lamp base had dirt and bug droppings. The bathroom whirlpool tub was damaged with spots that looked like they would cut you whether you were going to take a shower or a bath. The toilet seat had stains on it. The entire room and outside area looked to be unsafe for our health.
