Great Room and Wonderful Staff!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff member who helped us at check-in was friendly and welcoming. The morning staff greeted us cheerfully when we came to enjoy breakfast (included with our stay).

My husband and I had an extremely comfortable stsy. The room was clean, bed were super comfortable and the staff were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 🤗👍

It was clean and convenient, the breakfast was good and plenty. The microwave didn’t work and there was dried spit on the wall. The shade on the window was worn out didn’t keep the light out too well. It was a pleasant experience and we will stay there again.

Check-in personnel was very friendly but didn’t tell us about a $30 a day fee that added. Every other time we went by desk No one was available to help. Elevator broke with no explanation of what happened or how long it would be out. Not fun dragging luggage down three flights. This is a newer hotel but doesn’t appear well kept.

The AC broke down around midnight, in March. Front desk acted like I was wasting her time. I moved to a different room at 1am, with no help from their staff. The room I was moved to had a different bed, and the mattress was hard as a rock… causing me back pain all weekend. Not a relaxing stay.
