For the most part the hotel was pretty quiet. I did wake up at two in the morning because the vending machine on the second floor went crazy in the middle of the night. It started dispensing all it coins, and it was making a really loud noise. I had to go out there and pull the thing away from the wall to try an unplug it. I had a hard time going back to sleep after that.

Staff was friendly and helpful; property was in good condition and our room was comfortable. Location was perfect for our stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness, was because the coffee maker in our room was left uncleaned (used filter still in machine from previous guest). If needed, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really dated and the second building is scary. I had my daughters with me and only selected the hotel because it said it was really close to GA Southern. We were only there for 1 night, so we toughed it out. It was definitely underwhelming and we won't be back. Just an fyi SpringHill is across the street.

Check-in was okay. Nothing out if the ordinary. The room smelled musty when we entered. We assumed it was due to the ac not being on. It did not clear up throughout the stay and the ac did not appear to cool properly. This was a handicap room. As for the bathroom, the sink had a huge crack down the middle of it, the ceiling was stained and coming apart from apparent leaks, there was a huge stain in the tub and the handheld shower nozzle did not fit in the holder which was an apparent afterthought. Literally had to hold the shower sprayer between my legs while I soaped up. All in all, disgusting! On top of that, I guess the garbage bins are emptied in literally, the middle of the night! Thats a wonderful sound to wake up to at 2am!! There is a reason I try to stay only at Hilton properties and this most recent stay at Comfort Inn only serves to prove my point. Do better Comfort Inn!
