I was incredibly shocked when I arrived and they asked for my card — between fees and parking they charged $600.
I’ve stayed in 5-star hotels, and this is excessive, especially when you see that the property is very old.
There’s only one elevator, and it’s an ordeal to go up and down.
The staff enter the elevator with their huge carts, and hotel guests have to wait forever for it to come back.
The hallway of the tower where we were, next to the elevator, has a super unpleasant smell of rotten fish.
Terrible smell.
Honestly, I’m very disappointed — I think I paid way too much for this hotel.
They also say that umbrellas and loungers on the beach are included, but if you want to use the first three rows you have to pay an extra $15.
I don’t understand how, as if what you already paid wasn’t enough, you have to settle for the umbrellas in the last row.
