My 4-night stay was flawless! This hotel appears to have recently been updated with a fresh, modern look. The lobby being on the 4th floor is a bit “odd,” but it is a unique touch, offering a clean, stylish space with comfortable seating, a Starbucks, and a convenient bar near the pool. The on-site gym is also just steps away. The hotel is also right off of the strip, so anything/everything you can think of from shopping, to restaurants, to a comedy club, is just a hop and skip away. My room was outstanding, equipped with all necessities, a smart TV (perfect for streaming for my child), and a balcony boasting wonderful views of the pool and beach. The rooftop bar/restaurant is a must visit for the best views of Clearwater Beach. However, the exceptional staff and customer service is what truly made the experience. From valet to check out, and every interaction in between was EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this hotel!

Location was great. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The bed was comfy and room was clean. We had an outdoor patio that overlooked the pool it was very nice.

They did not have my room ready upon check in. I had to wait 35 minutes for a room to be ready even after explaining that we had reservations for my anniversary and this was a huge inconvenience and I was losing time. They didn't even offer a different room or any solution.

Hotel description was very misleading.. rook wasn’t ready upon check in, valet parking at $40 a day is mandatory (except the website doesn’t tell you that). Not worth it

The property was clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Our suite was spacious and the view 10/10. My kids loved it even my 14 yr old wants to stay there again.
