We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were disappointed with several aspects of our experience. It seems the hotel may be understaffed during the off-season, which negatively impacted the overall service and guest experience. While the rooms are spacious, they clearly need better maintenance. Several items were not functioning properly, including some lights, the iron, and the bathtub faucet. Additionally, there was no full-length mirror and no convenient place to hang bath towels, which was inconvenient. The valet service is extremely expensive and very slow. Even on a regular day, we had to wait over 10 minutes to receive our car. Breakfast service was by far the most frustrating part of our stay. Ordering two breakfast sandwiches took more than 30 minutes. We had breakfast twice during our stay, and this was easily the slowest breakfast service I’ve ever experienced. Considering the high room rates, I would not recommend this hotel. There are likely better options available in the same price range.

We had a wonderful stay and the most of the front staff were suburb. However the last night there of the 7 days we stayed. My 5 year old with some special needs ran in the hallway, its 745pm, and a white man who worked there but we hadnt seen the whole time, came up to us and was very rude and ignorant.

4th stay at this hotel, and it remains great! Perfect location just off the main drag, spotless room, and great staff. Shoutouts to Brandon, Dylan, Kelly and most of all to Betsy, whose warm, kind nature really cheered me up mightily on an evening when Inwas feeling very blue.

Would have given 5 stars but when we arrived we found out “surprise “ you have to pay $38.00 to park your car. I should have been warned before. But I guess if I knew that, I wouldn’t have stayed there. Just saying

Convenient location while off the beaten path. 3 minute walk to the less busy part of Clearwater Beach. Beautiful rooftop bar/sitting area. You can see both the sunrise and sunset from the roof. The front desk and Starbucks employees were very friendly and helpful.
