Casa Dolphina ofrece las más espectaculares vistas de agua abierta combinados con un magnífico diseñador de interiores y muy bien cuidados jardines que proporcionan privacidad y serenidad.
Para actividades en el propio juegan en el patio de baloncesto, comenzar a sudar en la sauna, la práctica en la cena de verde o de pescado poniendo en el muelle. Puede lanzar los kayaks desde la plataforma de control remoto grande para explorar la pequeña isla al otro lado de la casa. La base también tiene un elevador en caso de que quiera traer su propio barco (de pago).
La gran piscina de agua salada tiene paneles solares y ofrece una bomba de calor (de pago) para mantenerlo caliente durante todo el año. El spa tiene su propia bomba de calor (sin cargo). Estamos seguros de que todos estos servicios se encontrarán a sus altos estándares.
Para los servicios especiales, como jugar al golf en Pasadena privada, sólo nos piden que el servicio de reserva horas de salida. Estamos aquí para ayudarle a tomar la Casa Dolphina unas vacaciones muy memorable. Te lo mereces. Espero pronto.

The most wonderful family vacation!

Casa Dolphina was the perfect vacation spot for our family! We had 8 adults and 2 kids in our group. The house was clean, well kept, and the perfect size for everyone to be together but also have their own space. Some of the group fished from the dock while others relaxed in the pool and hot tub, even played some pool, and kayaked in our downtime. The sunroom was the most popular spot; rain or shine you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the view of the water. The owners were fabulous, and their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Fabienne and Gerold were incredibly kind and came bearing gifts, welcoming us with open arms and made us feel comfortable in their home. They helped suggest things to do close by, even suggested some beautiful beaches to check out and dinner spots. They stayed in touch for anything we could have ever needed. Prior to our trip, they quickly responded to all of our questions. The location couldnt be better! You have everything you need, whether it be stores, golf, food, or even several beaches in just a short drive, but honestly there’s so much to enjoy at the house you may not even want to leave. 10/10 experience and 5 stars all around. Thank you for everything and sharing your beautiful home with us! We had the best time and will most definitely be back!!

Great Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We would excitingly go back!! We caught multiple sharks from the dock, loved the pool, used the outdoor dining almost every night, and found the owners to be kind and wonderful.

A Dream Vacation

Hard to leave yesterday… our time at Casa Dolphina couldn’t have been more perfect! So much room, a beautiful pool which was hardly ever empty, a fabulous dock for fishing and kayaking, a kitchen and bar for foodies like us who love to cook our own meals… nothing was missing!! We hardly left the property. It was a family trip where we all met from our various homes in the US to spend some time together. With four grandchildren, there was something for everyone! Our 9 year old grandson is now hooked on pool as there is a wonderful billiard table on the property too. And I must acknowledge our hosts…. Fabienne and Gerald were so personable and helpful!! Communication was easy and they were always available to answer any questions and offer ideas for when we did manage to pull ourselves away from the property!! We will definitely return someday!!!

My family recently spent a week at Casa Dolphina and my 11 yr old nephew summed it up best… “that was the best vacation I’ve ever had!!” he told me. Now, he hasn’t been on that many vacations yet in his young little life, but I certainly have and I can honestly tell you, he’s not wrong. As the planner extraordinaire of our family vacations, I can confidently say that my entire family echoes his sentiment. If you’re looking for an absolutely stunning, well maintained, clean, spacious, beautiful property full of charm and character then look no further because you’ve found it! The location & views-breathtaking! The neighborhood-peaceful, beautiful and friendly. The amenities-you’ll have absolutely everything you could ever want or need! I’ll also add that my parents with limited mobility really appreciated how accessible everything was for them. This home is a true gem and it exceeded every expectation and then some. We will forever cherish the memories we made here- sharing family stories in the sunroom over coffee, daily dolphin sightings, kayaking in the bay and exploring the nearby island. We truly had the time of our lives. My family cannot stop raving to me about how much they loved this home!! And if that’s not enough, the hosts Fabienne and Gerold are just absolutely delightful and kind human beings. I can’t say enough about how amazing & wonderful they are! Fabienne even planted a plumeria tree from my late great uncle’s home so now we have family at Casa Dolphina!
The sand on the island was soft and beautiful and the water was warm!

Great hosts and house

We had an amazing stay! The owners are great communicators and very attentive. The house was perfect for 12 of us to feel comfortable. We loved spending most of our time enjoying the pool, decks, and sunroom area. Kayaking over to the beach was easy and a treat!

Florida grad reunion

We have a son who graduated from Eckerd College and our family plus aunts and uncles joined us on the trip. It was difficult to find accommodations that could house all of us. I stumbled across Casa Dolphina and I am sure glad I did.The property was wonderful for the 9 of us. Plenty of space to socialize or chill. I would highly recommend this property. Didn't want to leave and will return.One other thing, the hosts (Fabienne and Gerold) are the best! Every need was met and the few issues we had were addressed immediately. Wish they were our neighbors. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Fantastic property

We just returned from our stay at Casa Dolphina and it did not disappoint! Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay. Fabienne and Gerold were the most amazing and gracious hosts. The property was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was truly a private oasis. We will definitely book again.

Family vacation

We had such a wonderful time. Fabienne and her husband were so thoughtful and welcoming. They brought us cupcakes, wine and chocolate which was so delicious and unexpected. They attended to all our needs and the kayaking and fishing was amazing. We definitely would recommend this place and stay here again in the near future.

outstanding location!

we stayed at Casa Dolphina for 12 days and had a wonderful time. The owners were very attentive and helpful, and the house was spacious and clean. The grounds, and the pool, were second to none. Convenient location to many restaurants and beaches and shopping as well. yard games, and kayaks were available, which was a plus! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Another great week!

Another great Spring Break week was spent with our families at Casa Dolphina! Fabienne & Gerold are the best hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better house for our 2 families to stay at again this week! There was plenty of space for all of us & it had all the amenities we needed. Our kids had the best week swimming, sitting in the hot tub, kayaking to the private island, fishing off the dock, and just hanging out & being kids. We will be back again next year!

We have stayed at Casa Dolphina many times. It is in a good location. The view of the water and skyline from the pool area is amazing, we see dolphins near the seawall on a daily basis, and the gracious and attentive hosts are the best.Greg

Awesome friends trip

We were a group of 5 friends who spent a week at Casa Dolphina and really enjoyed ourselves. The property is awesome, great views and sunsets, you never want to leave. Check in and check out were very easy and the owners were awesome to deal with. Thank you Fabienne and Gerold.

Paradise revisited

We are three senior sisters and their husbands who have found Casa Dolphina to be the perfect place for a yearly get together. This was our fourth visit with our fifth reserved. We keep returning since the amenities check all of our boxes, inside and out. Fabienne and Gerold are the perfect hosts who know how to make it known you are appreciated.

Winter RX

First of all our hosts were awesome, secondly we experienced a private outside oasis that was great for the littlest (2 months to the oldest 86 yr old in our family. We are a four generation family that loves being together and we had ample bedrooms, baths, a well supplied kitchen and three large tables we could eat and share time together.Our son-in law found his way to the dock every chance he had to catch fish, mostly small but still loved it. We had dophin shows frequently.

Amazing vacation

We picked this location due to all the amenities it had, that I thought would be great for my family. The hosts were excellent and super helpful with any of our questions or needs and was always there whenever we had a question or a need. Super friendly couple! My boys love fishing and we were able to fish right off the dock. We were visited by dolphins and stingrays every single morning around 7:30-8:30! We loved it! The property was beautiful and the boys loved playing pool, fishing, swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals. We wanted to stay another week and most definitely will be back if we go to that area again!

This is a great property

This was our second stay at Casa Dolphina and it did not disappoint. Very comfortable property. Well appointed and had everything 9 adults could ask for. We loved spending time on the lanai and in the dining room. Beautiful sunsets. The home is close to shopping and events. The owners are very welcoming and thoughtful individuals. Can't say enough about the home.

Simply the BEST

Myself and 8 others found casa dolphina to be one of our favorite trips that we’ve ever been on (personally I put it at the top of my list of vacations) - the location is so beautiful it’s hard to put into words, besides the stunning views and activities offered at the house it is in a very convenient (and beautiful) location, easy to get to and with very short drives to and from popular locations such as downtown Saint Pete’s and the beaches (nothing was ever further than 30 minutes away) the house had every amenity you would need for a long trip and honestly you could stay at the house for every day of your trip and still have a blast. In conclusion 10/10 Hosts, 10/10 location and a 10/10 experience Fabienne and Gerold made it a point to make us feel special and also were super cooperative and communicative, we would not have had such a great trip without them!

Our Home for the Holidays

This property was perfect for our family holiday stay! The view and amenities were amazing and close to so many other activities! (Beach, shopping, Dinner cruises, etc.) There were plenty of dolphin sightings, fishing off the pier, time in the pool/hot tub...and several family meals courtesy of the large outdoor gas grill. We were a family of 6 adult couples with lots of room and plenty to do. The home was well equipped with all essentials, and you really only need to grab a few groceries, unpack and you're home! We also could not have asked for a better VRBO host! They were so welcoming and immediately responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We definitely plan to come back and highly recommend this property!

Perfection!

My family and our close friends spent a week at Casa Dolphina. The property exceeded our expectations. The owners were absolutely the nicest people. Fabienne and Gerold greeted us with a homemade baked Tart which everyone enjoyed for breakfast. From kayaking to fishing, corn hole and playing pool at night… there were so many things to do. The owners made sure we had everything we needed. We cannot wait to go back!! I think we have found our forever VRBO rental in St Pete at Casa Dolphina ❤️

Beautiful Morning - Amazing Sunsets

Our stay at this waterfront paradise was nothing short of magical! This was not our first time renting this property, and we will be back again! The property exceeded expectations with its breathtaking views and thoughtful amenities. Waking up and enjoying coffee on the deck overlooking the water was pure bliss. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature’s beauty. We are already planning my next family stay!

Labor Day weekend with friends

A group of friends and I get together every year for Labor Day weekend (20 years and still going) and this year we rented this place. It was one of our best vacations ever, So relaxing, lots of free amenities ie pool, pool table, hot tub, kayaks, grill, comfortable space for all of us, great layout of the house, close to a small island to explore, large bedrooms with comfortable beds, views that make you never want to leave, boat dock to tie up too, the owners that go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and were so kind to bring us some welcome goodies and a sweet parting gift (Thank you so much!!). If you rent this place, you will not regret it. We will definitely be back and can't wait to enjoy this place again.
