Love that everything is fresh and new. Basic no frills lodging. The fitness center has the basic machines, towels and water (no weights, mats, balls or bands) - enough for my treadmill workout and, again, new and clean. Per friendly $10/ night fee plus $50 non refundable damage deposit.

No in room coffee pot. No hand towels. Paper thin walls where you can hear neighbors YAWNING like they are right there in bed with you. Bathroom lights that are on a timer only and turn off leaving you in the dark while you are taking a shower (dangerous). WiFi access that doesn’t get disconnected from previous guest in your room and front desk asks you to call the internet provider to resolve instead of correcting themself. If you LIKE all of these things then this is the PERFECT hotel for you! We definitely will not be staying there again. Regretted booking not long after checking in. Enjoy!

Clean property inside and out. Very friendly staff but we were unaware there was no ice on the property. After a 14hr travel day and wanting to unwind with a cocktail in our room it was very disappointing you had to make ice in your room. When you’re only staying for a quick sleep and there is nothing close, it was a terrible end to a very long day. Recommend, but be aware to bring ice if it is a must in your world.

Great stay. Spacious, dog friendly room with a kitchenette. Very clean and well designed. My only minor complaint is the highway traffic noise. I wore ear plugs and all was good. Great value. Would stay again at this chain.

Got there and staff had to check of room was clean. Came back 30 min later with a bottle of cleaner and towel went to room and not sure if it had even been cleaned from the last person. Floor was black when I wiped it. No amenities at all in room except one small bar of soap and small shampoo bottle. Kitchenette had nothing in it not even a paper cup or silverware no coffee maker in room. Only one in lobby . The yard around back had dog crap everywhere in the grass. Room was quiet. Bed ok

Building was brand new, appears to look nice and in good shape. The staff was great to deal with and they allowed my two small dogs with a small fee. Our stay was short but with this being new construction, the build quality is just plain cheap. Is it in good shape and appear nice? Yes but if you know how new construction is these days, you will understand what I mean. Everything was builders grade, the outlets were extremely cheap. I’m a journeyman electrician and it’s been a while since I’ve dealt with outlets that cheap, just was very hard to plug in outlets in certain areas. The ceiling was constantly thumping above us from people walking, it was worse than an apartment. Walls appeared to be very thin, could hear the people next to us. Can’t say anyone was being rude, just built very cheap. Again the staff was great, I hate to leave only 3 stars but I have to point this out for anyone who would not like these issues. Maybe make sure you get a top floor room to avoid hearing people walk around above you.

Place was not female friendly: it lacks a hairdryer and hand towels, only wash clothes and bath towels. Also, blanket was very thin, and the room lacks the current Apple connection to the electrical outlets. The concept is basically a good one, directed at simplistic guesses willing to trade limited amenities for low costs. Keep working on it.
