The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed

Clean and staff was friendly and the location was great

It need of maintenance other wise well cleaned and comfortable

I didn't like the way i was talk to when I was talking to a manager, they over book a room and then going to give me a different room then ran my card and lie about calling me and then said my reservation was for three kids and two adults I'm so disappointed in the service and it was also my birthday weekend,,never did the manager ask to accommodate me or offered anything thing else ,,then he charge my guy twice on his card and lied and said he didnt . Very bad experience

This is an average roadside motel, it does the job just fine. We’re traveling cross-country and it’s much more affordable than the bigger city. Not a resort, don’t plan a vacation here. Facilities are older but bed was new, clean, and comfortable. Drove a U-haul and parking for bigger vehicles required some direction from the staff in a back lot, if you’re in a regular vehicle parking is fine.

For the price- it makes sense. The windows are broken on the first floor and the outside of the building looks so run down.

Our room was upgraded to a suite because our room was booked. The kids were really enjoying the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast wasn’t real exciting and they didn’t keep it refilled.

Entrance to parking lot is easy to miss. Lobby is small, VERY SMALL, and it is where breakfast is held (2 tables with 4 chairs each). Room was small and not well light. Windows look into the pool from the lobby. Pool opens at 7am, I checked out at 9 and it was not open yet. Not enough towels. Bed sheets had tears in it. Bed was fairly comfortable. Room was clean. Faucet at the sink was plumbed backward (hot on right cold on left). Breakfast??? in the most vague sense of the word. Cereal, toast, toaster waffles, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal packets. Nothing really hot to eat. Room rate was more than advertised on Orbitz. Staff was friendly. Over all the hotel was OVERPRICED.

Clean room and bathroom. Slightly noisy since it is close to the interstate. Friendly, accomodating staff.

Hotel lobby was so small that not much place sit there. we had to run between lobby and room for breakfast. Also frozen waffles.. not good. Otherwise everything else related to hotel was good, specially room. Indoor pool was great.

I think the staff is trying. Great at providing extra towels. Responsive.

The hallway smelled like urine. The breakfast was stale cereal. People were constantly hanging around in the parking lot - did not feel safe.

The rooms smelled musky, the air conditioner/ heater was loud, the window curtain was either complete dark or let all the light shine in, and the breakfast was next to nothing in choices. It is a quiet hotel but definitely needs to invest more into the air conditioner/heater and breakfast bar.

I was going to be late to check in, so I called the hotel, as it was going to be very late when I got there and knew that I was going to be exhausted. The lady that answered my call seemed very nice and told me that she was going to leave a note for the next shift to let them know to have the room ready. When I arrived at about 3 am, the room was HOT and sticky. (St Louis in July...) When I got into the room, I had to kill several gnats that were floating around int the heat. It took several hours to cool the room down; which is exactly why I called ahead of time. My family and I slept terrible due to the heat.

The good: The room was surprisingly nicely decorated and quite roomy. Attendant at the front desk was friendly and responsive to requests. The not-so-good: The shower lacked good water pressure in our room and the stopper was missing from the sink. Although we had a non-smoking room, the hallway smelled so strongly of smoke that our clothes hanging in our room smelled of smoke.

Had a good night's sleep after traveling 14 hrs. Shower felt wonderful! Then on to travel 7 more hrs. Thanks for being there for us. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Very heavy smoke smell through out place, using the toilet was like sitting on a bull, was not firmly attached, breakfast is minimal, the price seemed high, bed was ok, close to freeway but not close to be noisy, will choose a different place next time.
