The room I was advertised was a smoke free room and suppose to have a refrigerator, it did not. The room I was assigned to had burn holes in my blankets, burn marks on tub/toilet/counters, white marks all over the black sink, a hole in the flooring of my room between the two beds, and a broken bed that went to the floor when I Sat on the edge. It was by far the worst condition. When I complained I was told the rooms are being renovated and I got one that wasn't done yet. They also charged me a $50 deposit which was not stated online! This $83 hotel room wasn't worth $50! Horrible condition and room shouldn't not have been rented out. I would of took my money else where!

Absolutely terrible conditions. The staff was pleasant and friendly but we could not stay due to the state of the facility.

It seemed kinda run down. Also at night there was a guy pacing the parking lot with nunchucks!! I had to go out to my car to get my charger and he was there! For that i probably would pay a little more and go somewhere safer!

Worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed at.

Required a $50 deposit per person upon check-in. No microwave, fridge, or coffee maker. Constant wind howling under the door (I used a bath towel to fix).

Nena was awesome checking us in! The room was ok. No microwave. I reserved a room with 2 queens, microwave and fridge on Expedia. I got a king with a fridge. Other than that, it was ok.

Cieling light cover and bulb missing, wires dangling from exposed junction box, wall lights and convenience outlet not working. Requested handicap access, medical refrigerator for insulin, no record of request. Had to climb stairs, no refrigerator for medication. Towel bar missing in bath, with door closed, light could be seen on edges of door. The worst stay ever.

Only 2 outlets worked, ceiling plaster was falling down in bathroom, faucet handles on sink and tub were backwards, we asked for a fridge and she said she would check and get back with us, she never did, people in room above us kept stomping on the floor, the bed was beyond terrible, the property was really run down, the ice machine didn’t work. Everything was not working or dirty. we will never stay at another Motel 6 again.

The room was a non smoking room, but as soon as we opened the door we smelled cigarette smoke. The walls were stained, there was hair in the bathtub and the toilet was loose.

No microwave or fridge. No working ice machine. No heat in our room- had to move to another one . Check in personnel didn’t inform us of any of this and were not caring at all. Never again for us Motel 0!!!!!!
