The ataff waa extremely rude. There was a blizzard today and we asked if we could have a late check out just a couple hours till the snow stoppes and the manage/owner rudely replied no. When we checked out we confronted him about his rudness and told him we have a group that comes here every year and we wiil no longer come there. His reply was " I do not care.". Wow is all i can say. The worat part of the situation was that we were the only people at the hotel that noght. The parking lot was completely empty.

Staff was Courteous and friendly. Pool and Hot tub were down. I was in last room and hot water did not work first day after running it for awhile. The second day I ran it for 10 minutes and finally got hot water but could not get it to regulate.

Breakfast was out of many things, very few choices. No syrup. No one working. Pool and hot tub were "closed due to maintenance". The front desk stated at could use the facilities but both the pool and the hot tub were freezing. This was the only reason we came was to go swimming.

This clean and comfortable motel is fantastic! They have a very nice indoor pool, a wonderful hot tub, and it is walkable to downtown and other amenities. The rooms are fine and ours had a brand new bathroom, including a shower with wonderful water pressure, always important for us after a day of bike riding. The motel is very close to the lake wobegone trail and you can literally ride about 2 minutes from the motel and be on the trail. They even have a good continental breakfast. This will be our go to motel when we're in the vicinity of Albany!

The carpet in room was ripped up near the door. The furniture is very outdated. They have done some improvements since the last time I was here.bathrooms were updated with new lighted mirrors, soap dispensers in shower. The continental breakfast still doesn’t have many options. Very, very basic choices. OJ tasted bad, like maybe old. Hotel is clean, just very dated.
