Great location, nice home for looks but lacking in comfort. Would not stay again. Furniture very uncomfortable, unable to find any comfortable seating and beds have no mattress pads not comfortable. Check in confusing and backwards. Request for checkout also unreasonable, guest shouldn’t have to do laundry and pay for cleaning.

Perfect location!

What a great home in a perfect location! The home was so clean and had all the amenities we needed for our long weekend visit. We enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs and the convenience of walking to restaurants and to enjoy the sites of historic St. Augustine.

Family weekend - great stay!

This is a spacious and impeccably clean property in an ideal location if you want to explore the historic district of St. Augustine! Our family of 6 was very comfortable in the common areas, and slept very well in the three bedrooms. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and is just a short 10 minute walk from the heart of the old city. The host was communicative and prompt in responding to messages. Could not ask for more!

This property is in a great location. About a 5-10 minute walk from Castillo and the strip. It’s clean, has everything you need, and basically brand new.

Girls reunion

The property was perfect for our girl’s reunion. Loved the open plan. Everything about the property was perfect. Would stay there again if ever visited St Augustine again. Very convenient to everything we needed.

Modern Luxury in the Heart of the Oldest City

This house was an absolutely stunning new build with all of the finest amenities. The house was so well thought out with high ceilings and gorgeous finishes. My family was able to relax and unwind after enjoying our short walk to all of the hot spots!

Nice House

The house is newer and seemed to be quite clean. Location is walkable into downtown. We were a bit surprised by the extensive cleaning procedures required before checking out based on the higher cleaning fee for the property (wash and dry all towels, strip beds, clean counters and stove, dishes etc). Procedures would make it difficult if you had to leave the house early.

Newest house on the block

Everything was great on the rental , just a few blocks from downtown- our misfortune was the weather, rainy and cold. The house was by far the newest on the block.Owners thought of everything you needed to make it a comfortable stay. The owners were very helpful right from the start getting us situated. Appreciated that especially when arriving to early for check in.Only comment on the house was the large glass sliding doors taking up the whole back of the house, it looked fantastic but there were no blinds … was a little uncomfortable at night - it would have been nice if the bedroom had a tv , not a tie breaker.Highly recommend this property as a first choice for that particular area/neighborhood.You can’t beat being able to walk into town and leave your car in the garage. It was just my wife and I but the house is quite large and roomy for larger groups.My other comment not directed to the owners, But VRBO is expensive to use, be sure to look closely at all the extra fees they attach - it can add 500to1000 more than what is first listed for the nightly stay. Our first time using them.

Beautiful, convenient, clean and quiet!

This house was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The area is very quiet as well, relaxing in the rocking chairs outside was pleasant. One of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed in. We are a family of 5 and space was not an issue. The owner was very nice and quick to respond. The location was perfect for walking to everything. There were enough bikes for the whole family to go out and take in the scenery. We will be staying again and highly recommend.
