We operate a whale watching business in St. Andrews (Jolly Breeze) and are offering the Granny Suite attached to side of our home for rent. The unit has a kitchenette, soaker tub and a stand up shower, wireless internet and TV. One bedroom with a queen size bed (Made in Canada Douglas foam mattress and pine bed, natural bamboo protector. There is a couch/futon queen size in the livingroom. Located 1/2 mile to downtown Water street and close to the Algonquin Hotel. Private driveway and entrance. Heat pump for heat or air conditioning as needed for your comfort. Sleeps 3 occupancy max. (one queen bed plus one queen futon).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer and a coffee maker.
