Guests will enjoy this entire 2 bedroom home with covered front porch for relaxing, fully fenced backyard with fire pit/grill , spacious living and dining area, open kitchen for cooking, and convenient location to universities, hospitals, nightlife, and sporting events. No pets. Washer/Dryer available for guest to use. Plenty of free parking available. We have Rokus for both TVs.

Cozy House With Great Hosts
My wife and I enjoyed our two week stay here! It was just what we needed.
The Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any accommodations we needed.
Addressing the previous review:
- Sure there was a chip in the linoleum flooring in one spot but the rest of the house was newly remodeled.
- The neighborhood is a bit run down but my wife and I walked it every day for two weeks to Evangel University for a conference and felt safe.

I have traveled across yhe world for 25yrs.. staying in countless hotels and vrbos. This place was the worst ever. Do not book this place.
