This was my first time staying at a Margaritaville Resort. I did not realize until arrival that the valet parking was not optional and that parking would cost $40 per night in addition to our stay. I do not know what the $50 per night resort fee was covering. Our room was clean and comfortable, but there were no bath towels or robes when we arrived. We had to go to the desk to request them. We also did not have someone clean our room until 4 pm, when we were returning to the room to get ready for dinner. I don't think I would choose a resort stay again as I felt we were charged extra for things that would come standard in another hotel (including breakfast!) The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. But aside from the spacious rooms, it was a pricey option and I will probably opt for AirBnB instead.

Overall, the hotel was nice. I do like how each room has a separate bedroom from the living area. They are very family-friendly. The location was amazing as well; you are within walking distance of so much. They do charge a $50 resort fee, and they have $40 mandatory valet parking. So it's an additional $90 a night to stay here. Also, they make you valet your luggage; you cannot carry it to your room yourself. Check out early, there was a huge line for Valet at 11 am when everyone checked out. They were working to get people out of there as hard as they could but there are only so many cars they can pull up at one time.

Our whole stay was marred by the service of the staff. From the front desk to valets all the service was terrible. The location great! Quality of facilities excellent. Food terrible. We booked a one room through hotels . Com for our stay. The hotel then proceeded to send me an invite for an upgrade. A connecting room for 250$. So I thought sure we can do that. Upon arrival the front desk lady Tiffany, then said no this is a fee to connect two paid rooms and we can’t make exceptions for people who book from a third party. So I had to buy another room for one night. As more friends had decided to join us since I had thought I had gotten a connecting room. After arguing for 15 min. And asking for a manager they agreed to wave the connecting fee. So we had two connecting rooms for one night. This would have been ok but front desk retaliates against you if you make any complaints or ask for things. After the room mix up, which they fixed. They proceeded to have a 21st birthday with drunk screaming people placed next door to us when the hotel was nearly empty. We had to have security come and shut up our neighbors at 1am after repeatedly asking our neighbors to quiet down. While leaving we waited for 20 minutes to get our car from valet. We went up to the counter again and they said oh yeah we called you 15 minutes ago. Even though we heard them call all the other people in line. Then the valet gave us my keys and walked away without helping us load our luggage.

Valet service set up horrible. Check out took 40 minutes 35 people deep having same check out time for everybody. 11am check out is poor because people all wake up and to leave.If even noon that’s better than 11am spreads people out more

Excellent location with plenty of great dining options nearby. Breakfast was delicious, the cocktails at the bar were amazing, and the LandShark Grill offered fantastic choices. The room was cozy and truly made me feel at home. Highly recommended!

It was very quiet and nice to rest in, the problem is the parking, this is an expensive resort in the area and they don’t have free parking, all they have is Valet Parking with an expensive $40 fee per day
