Our bathroom faucet was broken so only one side worked. Someone cleaned our room one of the days but not the toilet, (one of our party was ill with diarrhea so it mattered). Other than that everything was great. People were very friendly and courteous. You may need to hire more housekeepers.

We arrived 2 hours early… were told to wait and we would receive a text or call in about an hour once the room was ready the lady at the front desk even read back my phone number.. 2 hours later I walked up and asked if my room was ready, this was a different lady, not friendly at all.. I told her we had been waiting for a call for 2 hours, she said they don’t offer that service.. she proceeded to check me in, didn’t explain any of the amenities or any information except for the incidental fees… everyone checking in received lays but not us… I felt discriminated against. The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

The hotel itself is beautifully redone. I had paid for an upgrade to a King Suite before our arrival. The TV in the bedroom did not work, so that was unfortunate. I stayed there for a total of 3 nights (Fri check-in to Monday check-out). My original stay was to check out on Sunday. I wasn't told about the food/beverage credit until I checked out, so I missed out on that- it would have been great if they had communicated that at check-in. Then on the day of check-out, the person working the front desk asked to charge the card on file, and I said Can you confirm the amount He got upset and answered, "THE FULL AMOUNT YOU AUTHORIZED." Yeah...that was a turn off from returning. As of yet (36 hours past checkout), I have yet to receive a confirmation or receipt for the breakdown. I did enjoy the hotel, but the other things that occurred would make me second-guess returning there.
