This home offers three bedrooms with room to sleep seven people and two full bathrooms located in the hallway. The home has three separate living areas and a beautiful outdoor space, offering room to spare for your family. The primary living room presents a quiet feng shui layout, perfect for reading, browsing or quiet time. The "den" offers a large leather sectional with a flat screen television. The finished lower level boasts even more space for your family to spread out with an additional television. Step through the dining room sliders onto a lovely new patio with a large umbrella and fire pit. Then continue onto the spacious lawn. A well equipped kitchen provides comfortable cooking. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a gem! This house is perfect for a family who would like to have visitors throughout the week. We were down the cape celebrating my son’s 7th birthday. We were able to have his Aunties come and stay in the basement for an evening comfortably in the basement. The yard was beautiful for our 3 boys to play whiffle ball in the evening. We hope to be able to return again soon!!
