The manicured patio with gas grill and fire pit is located behind the home overflowing to the back yard and the second story roof deck is just waiting for you to lounge and enjoy the sun. Take your pick! Scargo Lake is located just steps down the road. A perfect spot to launch a kayak or canoe! You are just a short drive away from Bayside beaches- .8 miles from Corporation Beach and 2.7 miles from Mayflower Beach. This is a home you will want to return to summer after summer.
