This 3 story, brand new free-standing duplex features a gourmet kitchen, open floor plan with fireplace family room, 4 bedrooms in lower level, two primary suites with private balcony’s on the third floor, and a deck for entertaining or just plain relaxing. These units are rented together as part of a 2-unit Cape style home built in 2012. The second floor is your living space. Each floor consists of a bathroom as well. Deeded access to the private association Bayview Beach is just a few steps away. Book this property today! Your Cape Cod beach escape is waiting for you!!! Dogs considered with an added fee. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee in the off season. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

This was a truly awesome property! It was beautifully furnished with a modern kitchen. The view of the Bay is truly amazing and loved just walking a few steps to the beach! We all want to return to this home again and wished we had more time! Met the owner and he was very accommodating. Definitely recommend!
