The home offers central air conditioning throughout, washer, dryer and dishwasher. Spend evening time with family and friends around the fire pit, dine on the patio area or watch the children at play in the fenced in yard. You can enjoy an outside enclosed shower after a day at the beach or after exploring many of the town's historic sites and specialty shops.
Scargo Lake Beach is less than a mile away, which offers fresh water swimming. Looking for an ocean beach? You can either walk to Howes Beach (.6 miles away) or drive and park at Corporation Beach, less than a mile away.
This area of Dennis offers wonderful things to do, including the Cape Playhouse, The Cape Cod Museum of Art, and many restaurants and ice cream shops- all within a 5 minute drive.
