we all enjoyed our stay ! The house was comfortable, clean, spacious and clean enough that we did not feel compelled to go for outings all day and night.

Great house!

Had a great stay at this house! Its fresh and clean and our kids loved the basement and bunk beds!! Would love to stay there again in the future!

The property has a nice layout and is reasonably well appointed. However, the pillows, bed comforters and twin mattresses should be upgraded.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice home with plenty of space for our family. I was pleasantly surprised to find kids toys, beach chairs and even a double stroller available to use.

Our family gathering

For the first time ever my wife and I were together with her three daughters and their children. I was truly blessed to be with them! We enjoyed everything about time at your location. Between playing games, eating meals together, enjoying evening campfires with s'mores and so much more provided a wonderful time of bonding and family love. Thank you! We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this house! It's a fantastic location, quiet neighborhood and near the bayside beaches. The house is so comfortable and there is so much for us to do as a family we don't have to leave too much other than to hit the beach! When friends visit with us they are amazed at the basement game room and the kids love the yard. We have had two fantastic weeks here and plan to visit again next year! Thanks for another great week of memories.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 17 Perkins Way. The house was spacious, clean and newly updated. The deck and the backyard were perfect spots to enjoy games and a fire pit after a long day at the beach. The bedrooms were large, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of seating for dinner. The only input I have is that the bedrooms really need to have some dressers. There are no dressers in the bedrooms although the closets are outfitted, but a dresser is still helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends or stay again when we’re on the Cape.
