I already wrote up my reviews for the first part of my stay which was 9/25-9/28 then i stayed up until 10/02. The entire stay was just one mess after another. Trying to get my room cleaned, the parking lot being paved and no organization on that at all with where to park. Just not a good stay at all.

I stay at this hotel every 3-4 months. This time it was a headache. One thing after another. Almost every night i had to go down to get new keys as mine would not work. Then i asked about having my room cleaned one day. Just sheets changed, trash removed and new towels. It didn’t get done until almost 5pm and i had to ask 3 times. They were in no way organized for the work being done in the parking lot- the repaving. Then every day they were either knocking on my door or calling to see if i was parked in the wrong area. The last day some alarm was going off in my room. Extremely loud. Maintenance came up and disconnected the fire alarm. It was impossible to relax in my room this trip. Which is sad as i always stay here. Not so sure for next time. Normally i have the best experience. This time it was one thing after another.

Just very noisy neighbors and felt like thin walls. But the quiet hours, wish those had been enforced better, I was woken up multiple times between midnight and 3am.

Brooke in the front - professional. Cleaning staff- also professional & offered nice clean rooms. I liked being on the 4th floor by the stairs cuz I utilize the stairs. However, there were quite a few of what appeared to be those "kissing bugs" that would crawl out of the air conditioner every time it came on, so...not so great. I killed 10 of them during my 2 day stay. Other than that a fabulous relaxing stay.

We did use the laundry service. Convenient but I did notice mold inside the washer. We also noticed the pool area was a bit dirty and the floors could use a good scrub. Other than that, our room was confortable and felt clean
