We got stranded in SB due to a Snowstorm. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were very accommodating, from the coffee bar to the pool and spa area. During the check-in, there was an issue with my credit card. The staff and management immediately resolved the issue, causing no stress to me or my wife. Allowing us to have a very pleasant and comfortable stay
