I was disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel. The dishes were dirty at breakfast, the hallway carpets were stained and wallpaper was ripped throughout the hallways. It was in need of a renovation. The staff were lovely, however!

Didn’t get the reservation so didn’t stay but got billed. I pulled up on the app to stay on the 17th, when it generated the reservation and I paid it came back the 18th and was non refundable. I was in the lobby of the Hyatt when this happened. The attendant said he couldn’t do anything about a third party reservation. I stayed at a Hampton Inn that night. I tried to retrieve my money but couldn’t get the rest cancelled. Can you help.

The worst part was the beds were horribly uncomfortable! Even my grandchildren ages between 10 & 3 kept waking up it was so uncomfortable. We even tried the sofa bed hoping it would be somewhat better but it wasn’t. All they could offer was extra bedding & pillows. Then when they weren’t brought to the room I had to go down & ask & they limited me to 3 pillows when their were 4 of us staying & only 3 pillows on each bed as it was!
